The modest objective is to check the integrated effect of energy storage systems (ESSs) and distributed generations (DGs) compare optimization size location ESS DG explore its challenges for smart grids (SGs) modernization. research enlisted different algorithms cost-effectiveness, security, voltage control, less power losses. From this perspective, distribution network’s capacity are being performed using a variety methods, including particle swarm, ant-lion optimization, genetic, flower pollination algorithms. experimental outcomes demonstrate effectiveness these techniques in lowering network operating costs controlling system load fluctuations. efficiency dependability (DN) both maximized by strategies.
